Shipping & Returns
Yislai currently ships to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or addresses outside the United States.
All eligible U.S. orders are fulfilled and dispatched through our domestic warehouse network across the United States.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak holiday seasons, promotional periods, inventory verification, or periods of high order volume. After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Orders with a subtotal of $150.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $150.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $5.00 USD. Free-shipping eligibility is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original resellable condition, with all applicable packaging, tags, labels, parts, and accessories included.
For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label may be provided upon request, and its cost will be deducted from the final refund.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact service@yislai.shop no later than 7 calendar days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos or videos.
Approved U.S. returns are processed through our domestic return centers. Please contact us before sending any item. We will provide written return authorization, instructions, and the applicable return address.
Once an approved return has been inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1–2 business days. Please allow approximately 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
