This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Destination
Yislai currently sells products to customers in the United States.
Orders placed on our website are shipped to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not guarantee shipping to countries or regions outside the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.
2. Shipping Origin
Yislai orders are shipped from the United States.
Our products are manufactured by our own factory in China, but customer orders for the U.S. market are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:
Orders of $150.00 USD or more:
Free standard shipping
Orders below $150.00 USD:
Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.00 USD
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the destination address, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, reshipment fees, or return-to-sender costs.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us for assistance.
We may request your order number, tracking number, photos of damaged packaging or products, and other relevant information to help resolve the issue.
9. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability, product type, or fulfillment requirements.
If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Manufacturing and Fulfillment Notice
Yislai products are manufactured by our own factory in China.
The manufacturing address is used for production only and is not used as a shipping origin for customer orders unless specifically stated. Orders for customers in the United States are shipped from the United States.
