6. How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:
Orders of $150.00 USD or more:
Free standard shipping
Orders below $150.00 USD:
Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.00 USD
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
7. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
8. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
9. Do you provide order tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
10. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@yislai.shop.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to assist you. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Yislai accepts the payment methods available at checkout.
Depending on availability, these may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Yislai does not store full credit card numbers, complete debit card numbers, or full payment card details on our own servers.

Yislai accepts eligible returns within 30 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase whenever applicable.

Please include your order number, full name, email address used for the order, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
16. Who pays for return shipping?
For customer-reason returns, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns caused by our error, such as a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Yislai will be responsible for the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
17. Where should I send my return?
Please contact us before returning any item. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Do not send returns to the manufacturing address. The manufacturing address is used for production only.
18. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
19. Can I exchange an item?
We may accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at service@yislai.shop within 30 days of delivery.
20. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

Measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement and production differences. If you are between sizes or need help choosing a size, please contact us before ordering.
22. Are product colors exactly the same as the photos?
We try to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, lighting, photography, or display settings.
23. Are all items new?
Yes. Products sold on Yislai are new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
24. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. Yislai does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
