Our products are manufactured by our own factory in China. Yislai sells products to customers in the United States, and orders are shipped from the United States.

Free standard shipping

Orders below $150.00 USD:
Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.00 USD

Usually 1–3 business days

Estimated standard delivery time:
Usually 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Current return policy summary:

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery;

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for customer-reason returns;

Yislai is responsible for return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error;

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved;

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Please contact us before sending any item back. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

The manufacturing address in China is used for product manufacturing only and is not a return address unless specifically instructed by our customer service team.
