10. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once a refund is approved and processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return or refund is caused by our error, such as a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Yislai is an online apparel brand serving customers in the United States.
Our products are manufactured by our own factory in China. Orders for customers in the United States are shipped from the United States.
Payment, order support, shipping assistance, returns, refunds, and customer service are handled through our customer service team.
