Yislai is an online apparel brand created for everyday life. We offer comfortable, practical clothing that is easy to wear, easy to style, and suited to a variety of daily occasions.

Our collections are developed with real wardrobes in mind—from relaxed everyday outfits to pieces that can be dressed up for work, weekends, dinners, and special plans.

Yislai is owned and operated by Tianmen Yislai Apparel Co., Ltd. Our team is involved in both garment production and the day-to-day operation of our online store, helping us stay connected to the products we offer and the customers we serve.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Yislai works closely with its own production team in Tianmen, Hubei, China.

Each garment moves through a series of production steps that may include fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, finishing, sorting, and final quality checks.

Keeping production close allows our team to stay involved in the details of each piece, including fabric selection, construction, sizing, fit, and finishing.

INSIDE OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY

Our production facility supports the daily preparation and manufacturing of Yislai apparel.

The workspace includes sewing equipment, cutting and preparation areas, worktables, fabric-handling spaces, and organized stations for stitching, finishing, folding, sorting, and inspection.

Our production team works through each stage with attention to construction and consistency, while continuing to improve the organization and workflow of the facility.

  • SERVING OUR U.S. CUSTOMERS

    Yislai currently sells and delivers products within the contiguous United States.

    We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or addresses outside the United States. Eligible delivery locations are verified during checkout.

    All orders placed by eligible U.S. customers are fulfilled and dispatched through our domestic warehouse network across the United States. The specific fulfillment warehouse may vary depending on product availability, inventory allocation, and the delivery destination.

    Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak holiday seasons, promotional periods, inventory verification, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days.

    Our U.S. customer service mailing address is used for customer correspondence, business communication, and order-related support. It is not our registered business address, manufacturing facility, fulfillment warehouse, general return address, or a location open for in-person customer service.

    We understand that clear product information is especially important when shopping for clothing online.

    Our product pages may include details about style, available colors, materials, sizing, fit, care instructions, product images, availability, shipping, and returns.

    We continue to review and improve our product descriptions and sizing information so customers can make more informed purchasing decisions.

    Because colors and proportions may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, device settings, and measurement methods, customers are encouraged to review the information provided on each product page before ordering.
