RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Yislai accepts returns for eligible products within 30 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery;
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase whenever applicable;
The item is not marked as final sale, clearance, customized, or non-returnable on the product page.
Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, missing original parts, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:
Order number;
Full name;
Email address used for the order;
Reason for return;
Photos of the item if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
For returns caused by customer reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns caused by our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Yislai will be responsible for the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
5. Return Address
Please contact us before returning any item. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Do not send returns to the manufacturing address. The manufacturing address is used for production only and is not a return address.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at service@yislai.shop within 30 days of delivery.
8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, return, or refund.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items marked as final sale or clearance;
Customized or personalized products;
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer;
Items returned without approval;
Items missing original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories where applicable.
10. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@yislai.shop.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after the order is delivered.
11. Manufacturing and Fulfillment Notice
Yislai sells products to customers in the United States. Orders are shipped from the United States.
Our products are manufactured by our own factory in China. The manufacturing address is used for production only and is not used for customer returns unless specifically instructed by our customer service team.
